📦 A Little Note About Delivery

We pack your kits carefully and snugly in their boxes to help minimise the chance of breakage during transit. However, as cookies are fragile, we can’t guarantee that they won’t break once they’re in the hands of the postal service. Unfortunately, this is outside our control.

📮 We always obtain proof of posting, so if your parcel goes missing, compensation can be claimed where applicable in accordance with Royal Mail’s terms & conditions.

⏰ Based on our own recent experience, some parcels have been taking a day longer than usual to arrive. This does seem to vary by region, so please bear this in mind and be patient while your parcel makes its way to you. 💕

🍪 A Little Note About Handmade Cookies

Our cookies are made by hand, so every kit is unique. Small variations and little imperfections may occur — they’re all part of the charm of handmade cookies! 🍪✨
